ENcome Board and Management Changes

 

With immediate effect, Dr. Ludger Vonnahme, previously in various Senior Executive roles in the Private Equity Sector and a long-standing solar investor who indirectly also is a shareholder of ENcome, will join the ENcome Advisory Board. Due to personal and professional reasons, Joachim Coers and Dr. Robin Hirschl give up their memberships.

“Ludger Vonnahme is very familiar with ENcome and the market it operates in. His expertise and agility will further strengthen the Board. Joachim Coers and Robin Hirschl have been valuable members of the Board for years and I would like to express my gratitude for their support and advice” says Dr. Tobias Engelhardt, Chairman of the Board. Both will remain close associates of ENcome.

Nicolas Reisinger has become the sole Managing Director (Directeur Générale) of ENcome France SAS. He continues to report to Christopher Berger, Group Head of Commercial Operations, who also acts as President of the French subsidiary. ENcome thanks former executive Morgane Pardini for her strong commitment and many years of service and wishes her well in her next undertakings.

As of July 1st, 2021, Simon Commons will become the sole Managing Director of ENcome Australia being promoted from his previous role as Head of Technical Operations. Marc Pucher will act as deputy and also formally represent ENcome Australia. Andrea Tighe will also act as deputy of the MD with responsibilities for technical matters. Andreas Meyer will be promoted to become Head of Technical Operations. ENcome thanks Benjamin Gevelhoff and Sigi Psutka for their services in building up ENcome Australia and in contributing to the overall success of ENcome Group. We wish both of them all the best for their next undertakings.

Nico Hellmann, Group Head of Business Development, will take charge of further expansion steps of the ENcome Group in Asia initially started already in May 2019 in addition to his group-wide responsibilities.
