  • 2014: Acquisition of kWh+ Solar Service GmbH (Germany)
  • 2014: Establishment of a representative office in Denmark
  • 2014: Certification according to ISO 9001
  • 2015: Acquisition of SEAG Service GmbH (Germany)

  • 2015: Establishment of a subsidiary in Great Britain
  • 2015: SolarKapital becomes the majority shareholder
  • 2015: Acquisition of the O&M Business of Enerqos (Italy)

  • 2017: Market entry into Australia
  • 2017: Reached one gigawatt of assets under management
  • 2018: Joint Venture in France with KBE (Green Solver Group) under the guidance of ENcome
  • 2018: Operations & Maintenance of 270 MW in Australia
  • 2020: Termination of Joint Venture in France with ENcome acquiring all remaining shares in ENcome France
  • 2020: Operations & Maintenance of over 600 MW in Australia
  • 2023: Achieved a milestone of two gigawatts
